We are seeking a Resident Services Leasing Associate to join a dynamic front of house team. This pivotal role ensures residents receive excellent service, properties are efficiently managed, and the lettings process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
* Conduct property viewings and support prospective tenants throughout their journey.
* Work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure homes are ready for letting.
* Manage inbound enquiries using CRM systems and keep prospective residents engaged.
* Process Right to Rent checks and references.
* Handle amenity space bookings, parcel and key management, and visitor reception.
* Resolve resident queries and complaints effectively.
* Assist in managing tenancy, income, and voids.
* Prepare handover documentation and support the wider operations team.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, travel, or tourism.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Awareness of health & safety requirements.
* Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Qualifications in property or customer service are desirable.
* Experience working at events would be an advantage.
