We are recruiting for a Mobile Multi‑Skilled Building Services Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing/Heating) covering North and West Yorkshire.

Location: North and West Yorkshire (postcodes LS, HD, HX, HG, YO, WF); coverage across multiple sites with vehicle provided.
Salary: £39,148.30 per annum plus standby allowance of £290 per week when on rota, and appropriate overtime rate when attending calls. Annual leave: 22.5 days, rising to 25 after 5 years of service. Bank holidays included.
Contract: Permanent, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (excluding meal breaks). Typical attendance from 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday; flexibility required for a 1 in 6 week out‑of‑hours call‑out rota.
Responsibilities
Provide technical diagnosis and solutions for gas and hot & cold water systems, and electrical maintenance. Perform fault finding, maintenance, repair, and installation of these systems and regularly liaise with customers.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating and Electrotechnical Installation or Maintenance.
* Experience maintaining gas equipment/pipe work and hot & cold water systems.
* Knowledge of the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
* Experience completing job certificates in electronic format.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Demonstrable experience liaising with customers.
* Experience working alone or as part of a team.
* Good PC literacy.
