Full‑time position delivering a high‑end, customer‑focused front‑of‑house experience for a high‑profile client in Cheltenham, GL52 3LZ. The role combines exceptional hospitality with discreet security awareness training (BS7858 compliant).
Schedule
* Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week
* Monday – Friday (no bank holidays)
* Shift: 06:00 – 13:30

Responsibilities
* Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner.
* Deliver a consistently high‑end customer‑focused experience.
* Embody a high‑performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same.
* Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard.
* Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to maintain a welcoming front‑of‑house environment.
* Assist in emergency situations.
* Provide timely and accurate information and respond appropriately to varying and fast‑changing priorities.
* Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.).
* Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that reflects both brands’ values, identity and culture.
* Maintain a 5‑year checkable employment history.
Qualifications & Skills
* Highest quality personal appearance.
* Flexible, professional and able to work under pressure.
* Outstanding written, verbal and oral communication skills.
* Customer‑oriented with a passion for high‑level service.
* Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office and G‑Suite.
* Polite and proactive, punctual and trustworthy.
* Ability to use initiative and highly adaptable.
* Experience in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting or similar customer‑facing role, ideally within a corporate environment.
* Demonstrated values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness aligned with Securitas principles.
