This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with pupils who have a range of learning disabilities alongside complex mental health and behavioural needs. As a Learning Disabilities Support Assistant, you will provide personalised support to help students access education, develop social skills, and manage emotional challenges. Many of the children you will support face difficulties stemming from trauma, anxiety, or developmental delays, and your work will be vital in promoting their wellbeing and progress.
