Mode Search is delighted to partner with a prestigious luxury heritage beauty and fragrance house in the search for an exceptional Client Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a globally respected brand with a rich history, celebrated for its craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and commitment to excellence.
Based in their boutique in Central London, this full-time role offers the chance to work in a beautifully curated boutique environment, joining a close-knit team of 2–3 people. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences and driving boutique success.
Arabic speaking candidates would be preferred. This role requires flexibility to work weekends.
Role
* Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience as a true brand ambassador
* Consistently achieve personal and boutique sales targets and KPIs
* Educate clients with in-depth product knowledge and the brand’s heritage
* Build long-term client relationships, capturing data in the CRM system
* Maximise cross-selling opportunities across the product range
* Execute the brand’s selling ceremony to ensure elevated service standards
* Support boutique operations including stock management and visual merchandising
* Stay up to date on beauty trends, competitor activity, and market developments
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain a positive team culture
Requirements
* Minimum three years’ experience in a sales role; luxury retail and/or beauty experience preferred
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong customer service orientation with a passion for luxury and beauty
* Organised, detail-focused, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment
* Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Familiarity with luxury selling ceremonies and the client discovery process is a plus
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach
