Where does the role fit in? Our Supported Accommodation services offer specialised housing solutions for individuals who are homeless and tackling substance or alcohol misuse issues. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our Caerphilly Substance Misuse services, two of which are abstinent projects. You will lead a dedicated team, Supervise, motivate and develop staff, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the growth and development of our services. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery, and organise and participate in meetings to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets, addressing health and safety concerns, managing scheme finances, and carrying out additional duties to ensure smooth project operations. Who are we looking for?
