Job Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader to help our pub run efficiently and profitably. You'll support the team to deliver everyday moments and special occasions in a busy, fast‑paced, fun environment.
Responsibilities
* Work with the wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
* Opening and closing duties, stocking, and cashing up
* Be a role model for customer service
* Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
* Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative

Compensation and Working Hours
From £12.81 per hour, 35 hours per week. Reliable hours contract with flexible/part‑time options.
