The Role: Sales Consultant
This is the starting point for a career in recruitment.
As a Sales Recruiting Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to help identify and connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities in the US technology market.
The role is fast-paced, commercial, and highly rewarding for those willing to work hard and learn quickly.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and engaging top IT professionals across the US
• Using LinkedIn and recruitment tools to source high-quality candidates
• Building strong relationships with candidates in your specialist market
• Supporting consultants with live roles and hiring projects
• Learning the foundations of recruitment and progressing toward a full 360 Consultant role
You’ll receive hands-on training, structured development, and mentorship from senior consultants and directors.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not essential.
