* Hours: 32.5 hours (Term Time Only - 39 weeks per year)
* First year Salary will reflect number of working days remaining in holiday year
* Salary: Grade 5, SCP 7 to 11+ SEN Allowance
* Actual Salary: £20,019.70 - £21,820.87 + SEN Allowance
We are excited that due to the development of our new building and increased capacity for 30 additional pupils, the Governors of Pens Meadow School are seeking to appoint suitably qualified, inspirational, dynamic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our highly successful and dedicated school team.
During the autumn term we will be moving into our new building and expanding into new classes which will include a new nursery.
Pens Meadow currently provides quality education for 110 pupils aged 4 to 19 with complex learning needs including medical conditions and autism. Our staff team are committed to improvement, and we believe in high standards, teamwork and seeking the very best for every child in our care. The school was very pleased with the outcome of our most recent OfSTED inspection in May 2025.
