Ideal Recruit is currently looking for a licensed FLT Driver to join our client’s team in a yard-based role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a busy outdoor environment.
Location: Barnsley, S71 area
Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Job Role:
As an FLT Yard Operative, your duties will include:
* Operating a forklift to move stock between the yard and the shopfloor
* Assisting with stripping down fridges and general yard work
* Ensuring the work area is kept clean, safe, and organised
* Moving stock between the yard and internal departments
* Supporting general yard and warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance)
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Good work ethic, hardworking, a team player and reliability,
