Youll be working with a brilliant team shop team raising vital funds, and helping to create an equal future for disabled people. Every day is different. About you As Shop Manager youll be passionate about retail and have a love of fashion with experience of running a shop, or youll be looking for a retail management role as the next step in your career. To be successful in this role, you will be: Able to generate income by managing the shop effectively and commercially Confident working with people and leading a team Organised and have good attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages Positive, reliable and proactive Please make sure you explain in your application, with examples, how you can meet these important skills. Shop hours Its important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.
