We are recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team, providing first-class customer service and order support in a busy office environment.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Deliver excellent customer service by phone and email.
Accurately process daily customer orders and enquiries.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-focused way.
Provide clear and accurate product and service information.
Advise customers on fabric suitability and suggest alternatives where required.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Set up and maintain customer accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with:
At least 2 years' customer service experience, ideally in an office or order-processing environment.
Good IT and PC literacy, with knowledge of standard office software.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and focus on finding solutions.
A reliable, hardworking and organised approach to work.
