Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Wednesbury area I am working with a global manufacturing business looking for an exeptionally people focused Office Administrator with a friendly and positive outlook. Are you organised, detail-oriented, and proactive? We’re seeking an Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help ensure the smooth running of our office environment. This varied role as our Office Administrtor works alongside Customer Service (UK & Export), Accounts, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: * Perform clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and email requests. * Answer and direct phone calls professionally, take and pass on messages as needed. * Order entry and progress tracking; provide accurate customer service on pricing, order status, and availability. * Liaise with internal departments to respond quickly to customer queries. * Produce accurate export and shipping documentation. * Undertake basic financial tasks to assist Finance. * Support Marketing with clerical and administrative duties.
