Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
We’re working with a fast-growing digital intelligence company looking for an Insight Analytics Manager to lead their new insight function. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role turning complex behavioural data into clear commercial narratives.
You’ll analyse event-level digital data (apps, web, purchases, in-app journeys) to generate insights that power marketing, sales, and thought leadership. This is an ideal next step for someone with solid analytics experience who’s ready to take ownership of storytelling and influence across the business.
Key Requirements:
* Strong analytical background (consumer data or behavioural insight)
* Skilled in turning complex data into clear, story-led outputs
* Comfortable working across marketing, sales, and product teams
* Organised, commercially aware, and comfortable owning workflows
* Previous experience in content-facing or trend-spotting roles a bonus
