About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you’ll support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who may have:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* ADHD
* Communication and language needs
* Social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting with learning, play, and personal development
* Helping to implement strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent, positive progress
Who We’re Looking For:
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic individuals
* Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or support settings)
* Adaptability and strong communication skills
* Any relevant SEN training (PECS, Makaton, Team Teach) is welcome but not essential—we offer free training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
