Finance Business Partner - Exeter (Full-Time, Permanent)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + benefits, Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote/week
We're looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join our Exeter-based team. This is a key role supporting decision-making through insightful financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, journals, variance analysis).
2. Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior managers.
3. Develop and present high-quality financial reports for operational teams.
4. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with operations.
5. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and capital reporting.
What You'll Need:
6. Full or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
7. Strong management accounting and Excel skills.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
9. Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
