The Role -
* Manage a caseload of residential property files from start to finish
* The files will consist of Freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, Transfer of equity, Shared ownership, New builds.
* contribute to the firms business development needs when necessary.
* Maintain consistent billing figures and be able to meet KPIs
