In the Café at Polesden Lacey, situated within the Stable Courtyard, the full menu has a variety of hot and cold options. We also have a range of delicious cakes and classic cream teas. Your training will be delivered both by a Learning Coach who will visit you in the workplace every 4-6 weeks, teaching and learning sessions held online, lots of on the job learning and support every day in the workplace Polesden Lacey is a busy property with a large and enthusiastic Food and Beverage team running 2 cafes and a coffee trailer. As part of our kitchen team you would be working in our main café, producing food for all 3 outlets, with a focus on lunch service.
