Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation in their market, based in central Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
£28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus, hybrid working and wider benefits package
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Support and monitoring of Purchaser Ledger function to ensure smooth processing of amounts due
2. Drafting annual budget reports and reconciliation reports
3. Input Bank Payments, DD's, Sales Receipts & Banking into Accounting System
4. Reconcile cash book with monthly bank statements
5. Check Bank Account transactions through banks online banking and reconcile to Accounting Software
6. Ensure fee invoices are settled and client queries answered or other financial information provided as appropriate
7. Provide support in the gathering of financial and transaction data as and when required
Person specification:
8. 2+ years transactional finance experience
9. Strong with finance systems, in particular Excel
10. Confident communicator across all levels of a business
