Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for FLT / MHE drivers with HLOP / LLOP / PPT /RT & CB / BENDI / VNA licenses / experience for one of ourprestigious clients in Kettering, NN14. If you have anyof the MHE/FLT license and experience, please apply as full training will be given for these roles as HLOP order picker.
Shifts:
AM 6:00 - 14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 shifts available
MONDAY to FRIDAY shift
Pay Rate:
£12.66/hour (basic) with un-social hours pay of £15.51 per hour. (20:00-22:00).
Saturday £13.60/hour (basic)with un-social hours pay of £16.45 per hour. (20:00-22:00)
Sunday £16.78/hour (basic)with un-social hours pay of £19.63 per hour. (20:00-22:00)
Overtime pay of £15.53 per hour (sixth shift working) and £18.73 per hour (seventh shift working).
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Picking orders efficiently and accurately
Heavy lifting involved; ability to meet physical demands is essential
Meeting daily targets and deadlines
Operating machinery MHE / FLT safely and adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements:
Hold a valid or expired MHE / FLT licence (inhouse or accredited)
Have experience in HLOP / LLOP / PPT /MLOP/ FLT / VNA / BENDI operation.
Previous experience in warehouse operations and manual handling.
Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Undertake a drug and alcohol screen on induction day.
Undertake a DBS check
