Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner – ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/Dyscalculia
Hybrid - F2F assessments, admin from home
Salary - £30,000 to £56,000 DOE
Clinic locations: Exeter, Norwich, Newcastle, Huddersfield and Harrogate
Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK.
This innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Through Service Care Solutions, you’ll join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and improving long-term outcomes for families.

Responsibilities
* Conduct face-to-face structured assessments
* Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
* Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required)
* Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
* Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools
* Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management
* Provide clinical supervision where applicable
* Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid roles)
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
* HCPC – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist
* NMC – Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Children’s Nurse
* GMC – Medical Practitioners
* Social Work England – Social Worker
* At least 1 year’s experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments in CYP
* Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
* In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD
* Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
