SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to manage a portfolio of products and suppliers.
The Opportunity:
Our client is a global supplier that manufactures logistical systems they are seeking a candidate with knowledge of working within an administrative role. This is a temporary position to start immediately.

Role profile:
* Efficiently process and manage purchase orders
* Maintain and update a comprehensive purchase order register, ensuring all information is recorded accurately
* Regularly review and update the requisition template as required and manage the requisition register
* Establish and maintain effective communications channels with suppliers, managing inquiries and resolving issues
* Compare and prepare detailed tender documents and distribute documents via email
* Update various procurement trackers to monitor status of order, deliveries and supplier performance
Person profile:
* Proficient Microsoft Office user
* Excellent knowledge of Excel - advance level
* Must possess excellent negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and own initiative
* An excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* A logical approach to problem solving.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative role
