We're looking for an ambitious & confident individual, with proven experience in Marketing

The right person will be joining us at an exciting time as we look to move into our next stage of growth.
We are well established and well known within the cable, wiring accessories and electrical insulation industries both in the UK and Europe. We also sell via highly successful eCommerce sites.
The person we are looking for must be both highly flexible and motivated and be confident in working within a busy, fast-paced & somewhat intense dynamic environment.
Job Role:
* Planning, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, social media, web content, video, and sales literature
* Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
* Responsible for running & growing all Social Media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X
* Create and upload copy and images for the company website
* Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
* Use web analytics software to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
* Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
* Manage the contact database and assist with lead-generation activities
* Work cross functionally with other departments within the company
* Work with the Sales Team
* Assist with answering customer calls.

* Proven record of creating engaging content that has achieved results.
* Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud Suite skills (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere)
* Excellent customer service skills, role will involve answering phone calls.
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher).
Desirables:
* E-Commerce Knowledge (Amazon Seller Central, Magento, Ebay)
* Experience in the manufacturing sector.
Further Info:
* Hours of work at 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4pm Friday.
* This is an office-based role.
