Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered to ensure a high quality customer journey.
Leading side by side and/or remote coaching and provide feedback.
Working closely with Approved Persons to ensure training priorities are met within timelines.
Promptly raising any concerns or areas of risk associated with Advisers and AR Firms.
Observation and analytical skills to identify and issues or areas of risk.
CEMAP or equivalent financial service qualification is essential. Please note this role will involve travel across the North and Midlands region of England, therefore you must have a full, clean driving license with your own car. A car allowance of £4,800 is provided for this role.
