We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated apprentice to join our Operations team and develop a successful career in business administration.
The Opportunity

As an Operations Administrator Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support you as you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a business environment. You'll gain exposure to a variety of operational activities, helping to keep our fleet, infrastructure and fuel services running efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop professional skills, gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, and kick-start your career with a well-established business.
What You'll Learn
During your apprenticeship, you'll gain experience in:
1. Business administration and office systems
2. Communication and customer service
3. Planning and organising operational activities
4. Working with suppliers and contractors
5. Processing purchase orders and invoices
6. Record keeping and compliance administration
7. Health & Safety processes and documentation
8. Problem-solving and continuous improvement
9. Using business systems and Microsoft Office applications
What You'll Be Doing
10. Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day administration
11. Scheduling appointments and maintaining records
12. Assisting with fleet compliance and maintenance administration
13. Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
14. Communicating with customers, suppliers and contractors
15. Updating business documents and procedures
16. Supporting operational projects and improvement initiatives
17. Helping maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

Qualifications
24. GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) are desirable.
25. No previous experience is required – full training and support will be provided.
