You'll make an impact by:
* Taking ownership of credit hire and damage claims from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
* Investigating claims thoroughly, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and claimants to manage the process effectively.
* Providing clear, helpful responses to customers and claimants, maintaining high standards of service throughout.
* Spotting potential issues early, escalating when needed, and using your judgement to protect the business and minimise costs.
Your skills and experience:
* Good understanding of motor claims, including third-party and credit hire claims.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills to handle customers, claimants, and suppliers effectively.
* Good problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on delivering the best outcome.
* Comfortable in using IT systems, keeping accurate records, and managing your own caseload efficiently.
