What You Will Deliver: As the Operations Manager you will oversee daily operation of this 24/7 facility. The owners need a partner a leader to take the weight of operational delivery off their shoulders.
* Modernise: Implement structured processes, safety protocols (H&S), and modern manufacturing standards.
* Unify: Act as the voice of reason, improving communication within a diverse workforce.
* Grow: Use your commercial acumen to maintain key customer relationships and drive operational efficiencies.
What We Need From You:
* Leadership: Proven experience leading a manufacturing site with broad oversight.
* People First: Experience managing diverse, multinational teams is essential. You must be a visible leader who walks the floor, while retaining a strategic focus.
* Strategic Balance: The ability to respect the company's successful history while firmly guiding it toward a modern future.
Your Rewards:
* Salary: £70,000 - £80,000.
* Bonus: 5-10% Performance driven.
