Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key account (s) in the fashion channel while respecting adidas (target) brand image
Key Responsibilities:
1. To represent the assigned account (s) internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and vice versa and help manage all interfaces
2. To support the development of account strategies, formalizing them by Strategic Account Plans and get sign-off by the direct superior
3. To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and formalize this by Account Marketing Plans jointly with the account(s) and Fashion Sales Lead.
4. To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost efficient supply for the account
5. To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas trade investment
6. To measure progress on own KPIs
7. To report to all superiors along guidelines (KAM standard reports)
8. To monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions
9. To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
10. To ensure customer compliance with agreements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
16. Proven experience in Selling and Negotiating
17. Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
18. Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of footwear, apparel and accessories
19. Understanding of local markets’ consumers, accounts, economic environment and commercial needs
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
20. Proven experience within a Key Account Selling Environment
21. Degree in sports or fashion related subject or relevant industry experience
22. Proven sales experience ideally within the sport / fashion sector
