About The Role
At Wren Kitchens, we prioritise the service a customer gets from ordering through to install. As an Installer Recruitment & Performance Coordinator, you ensure that we only work with the best installers possible, across the UK. Welcoming installers that are capable of bringing our customers dreams to reality.
This role is based on-site at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber.
Main Responsibilities
* Recruit quality installers to subcontract for Wren
* Liaise with the Field Team to book pre-recruitment and installation quality inspections of prospective installers
* Engage with installers to ensure conformance to Wren Way standards for installers
* Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders around recruitment of installers
* Identify and provide installers to meet scheduled installation requirements
* Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers and Field Personnel
* Maintain accurate records of day-to-day activities as required by policy and procedures
* Collate requirements and accurately log IT equipment for installers
* Perform admin tasks such as accurate reporting, record keeping, file maintenance, and data entry

About You

* Experience working and engaging with third-party subcontractors and installers
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver results
* Computer and IT literate
