We are a Digital Marketing Agency based out of Hertfordshire. Our mission is to transform how schools market to prospective parents in the UK and internationally.
We are a young, dynamic marketing team focused on generating quality leads for independent schools through digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, while constantly innovating to find new ways to help our clients evolve their offerings.
We are a small team of four members, consisting of two company directors, our Head of Strategy and our Head of Creative Campaigns, all of who thrive from having an honest, transparent, and innovative approach to our work, offering a laid-back but productive and trust-based working environment.
We offer shorter work hours to provide our team with a better work-life balance, with the opportunity for flexible hours after our team members have proven their work ethic and trust. Purpose of the Role:
This role is crucial for our ability to increase the value we can bring to current clients, while also helping us to service more schools, expand the services we offer and add more creativity to our advertising solutions.
As our Marketing Executive, you will work with our Head of Creative Campaigns to design digital ad campaigns, write creative copy, launch ad campaigns, manage ad performance and provide analytical feedback to our team. The aim is for you to grow into the small team, by taking on more responsibility over time, making the role yours and being an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design visually compelling ad creatives for school campaigns.
* Craft engaging and effective ad copy.
* Collaborate with the team for client approval and revisions.
* Launch and manage ad campaigns on various digital platforms.
* Monitor ongoing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
* Provide insightful feedback on campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Required* - Proven graphic design skills, with proficiency in Canva and Photoshop.
* Required* - Analytical and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail. (required)
* Preferred - Marketing degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Preferred - 3 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Personal Attributes:
This is a flexible role in a small company, so it is required that you be flexible, moving in and out from a creative and analytical role.
