I am recruiting for a family owned and run construction company in Portsmouth, they are looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: * PA to Senior Management * Event planning-corporate events, meetings and special events. * Deal with front of house-meet & greet in a professional manner. * Perform general office duties. * Maintaining stock levels * Raising Purchase Orders for materials * Quality, H&S and accreditation compliance * Manage the holiday schedule Requirements: * Confident multi tasker * Strong time management and priotritistion skills * Exceptional communication skills * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Salary: up to £30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
