Responsibilities
You will be visiting our Sheltered Schemes in the mornings, ensuring the tenants are welfare checked and accounted for. Dealing with repair issues, tenant enquiries and routine equipment tests (full training will be given).
Qualifications
You should have good communication skills, ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Experience of listening to and understanding the needs of the elderly/vulnerable adults is key to this role. Weekend work could be required.

Requirements
The post holder will be required to work mornings.
Hours are 15 per week and will be worked on Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays (Optional).
DBS clearance is required for this role.
