Establish corrective actions that may be required for non-conforming products. Make direct corrections to Production batches using the Integrated Process Control and management system (Datastor). Make final acceptance decision on 1.7 million lts weekly production £ 159,000,000 kg annually on finished product and up to 60,000,000 tonnes of raw materials. To ensure any non-conformances to specification are recorded and adjustments on corrective action to achieve specification are undertaken and reported in a constructive and timely manner. To ensure representative samples from each tested batch of raw material, manufactured intermediate and finished product are retained along with the respective documentation in a systematic and retrievable manner to facilitate full batch traceability in accordance with the companies ISO 9001 Quality Management System. To ensure accurate recording of all test results to assist in the Technical audits and reviews. To complete drop off’s, partial drop offs and calculate recovery additions. Test and amend products to their specification using the various lab equipment including EMOK in accordance to STM’s, and record the information correctly on Datastor. Requirements: Must have normal colour vision and demonstrate a good aptitude for colour evaluation. A good standard of Numeracy and literacy is essential. Knowledge of SAP, Datastor and OEE systems is desirable but not essential. Dimensions: The Quality Control of – all batches of Raw Materials, Manufactured Intermediates and Finished Products for the specified shift within the specified laboratory. Measure raw material / Intermediate and finished products using prescribed technical department standard operating procedures and Standard Test Methods, including the eMok fast film dryer.
