Aspire People are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work on a day-to-day and long-term supply basis in schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for passionate, reliable individuals who are committed to supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them to reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive school environment.
The role includes:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting with learning activities and classroom engagement
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
* Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN/SEMH, where applicable)
We're looking for candidates who:
* Have experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred)
* Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic
* Can adapt to different school settings
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to apply)
