Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This service in Halewood includes 77 apartments with facilities to support residents with care needs, featuring a guest suite, security system, on-site care team, sensory garden, lounge, and hair salon. The development also includes 58 homes for those over 55 and 19 homes for younger individuals with additional needs such as learning disabilities, autism, or mental health issues. The scheme is expected to be completed by May/June, and we are recruiting now.
Ideal candidates will have experience in health or social care, a positive attitude, and a passion for supporting community integration. Experience with individuals requiring intensive support planning and management is essential, along with basic IT skills (training provided). A professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units, or Care Management Level 3, is required.
