Arjo are looking for a Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the UKI region of this global organisation. As the Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term marketing strategy for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with our global strategy and business objectives. You will lead a team of specialist marketers, including Strategic Segment Managers, Digital and Outcomes Managers, Product Managers, Clinical Lead, and Events and Communications Manager. Together, you will create and deliver integrated product, marketing, and communication plans across our full portfolio of products, solutions, customer segments, and revenue streams.
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the long-term marketing strategy within agreed timelines and budget, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy and UKI business objectives.
* Provide strong leadership and direction for the UKI Marketing Team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting talent development.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and markets, focusing on delivering solutions that drive measurable outcomes and reinforce our position as a true Mobility Outcomes Partner.
* Utilize data and research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
* Drive innovation in marketing approaches, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
* Oversee product life cycle management, including the launch of new products and partnerships to support growth and achieve business objectives.
* Actively engage and collaborate with key global and UKI stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation.
* Track ROI and adjust strategies based on performance.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
* Proven understanding of the UK&I healthcare landscape, including the NHS, Private Hospitals, Care Home Groups, and individual care providers.
* Demonstrated line management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong foundation in marketing and communications, including media relations, strategic communications planning, and internal communications.
* Proficiency in digital marketing and communications across multiple platforms.
* Familiarity with design-oriented software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a distinct advantage.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Valid UK driving license.
