What you will do
Zero100 community events convene senior operations leaders from some of the world’s largest companies and most influential brands in an environment that is bold and innovative yet grounded in real operational challenges. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Executive to support the team across event strategy, planning, and delivery. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution across our global event portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
* Event delivery: Own key event workstreams across the portfolio, supporting end-to-end delivery from planning through to execution and post-event wrap-up. Drive timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure a high standard of execution.
* Event logistics & supplier coordination: Coordinate core event logistics including venues, suppliers, materials, and run-of-show planning. Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery across all operational elements.
* Networking experience delivery: Lead the delivery of networking experiences, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality environments for senior stakeholders.
* On-site execution & problem solving: Take ownership of key areas on-site, managing live delivery, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring events run smoothly in fast-paced environments.
* Team operations & planning support: Support planning processes, track deliverables, and maintain accurate documentation to enable efficient team execution.
* Continuous improvement & innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, event quality, and attendee experience, contributing ideas and taking initiative to elevate delivery standards.
Requirements
* 3-4 years of experience in events, operations, or coordination roles
* Experience supporting or delivering events (corporate, agency, or professional environments preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
* Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership
