We are seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to join us to help us create a hassle free environment for our clients and engineers.

Location: Warwickshire / Leamington Spa Hours Per Week: Monday
- Friday 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Benefits: Company Van and Fuel Card, Up to 33 days paid annual leave, Opportunity to Work Overtime, Excellent Company Pension, Free Life Assurance, Training and Development, Discounted Private Health Care Scheme, Discounted Gym Membership and BUPA Health Assessments The Building Maintenance Engineer will: Be suitably experiencedto perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems and electrical systems including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, general electrical and plumbing systems Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of all mechanical plant equipment and systems, including: FCUs, AHUs, Calorifiers, ASHP, Heat exchangers, Pumps, and motors.

Maintain the above equipment in line with contract specifications and industry guidelines whilst complying to company health and safety policies Be confident in using building management systems (BMS) to understand the performance of the HVAC equipment, identify faults and rectify Work as part of a team responsible for the maintenance of various sites Act as the lead coordinator on site as necessary Have the ability to meet with a variety of Clients to represent the Company and remain courteous and professional in your dealings at all times.

Accurate completion and timely submission company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as required per contract.

Use their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with minor works activities, including sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.

Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered Have a sound understanding of the current edition of BS7671 and associated IET guidance documents in relation to best practice and principals.

Participate on the companies on call rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the above role and the range of duties to be undertaken.

Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.

About You Essential Criteria 1.NVQ / C&G Level 3 in HVAC/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services Technician 2.Electrical qualifications
- 18th edition C&G 2382 3.Hold a minimum of 3 years experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to commercial planned, reactive and remedial maintenance 4.Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in building services 5.Current Full UK Drivers License 6.IOSH Working Safely / CSCS Card 7.Normal eyesight colour vision 8.Be able to undertake Non Personnel Police Vetting level 2 Desirable Criteria 1.Experience in planned & reactive maintenance 2.Gas Safe registration commercial gas, COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, Unvented Hot Water.

3.PASMA 4.IPAF Licence 5.IT Skills in the use of PDAs 6.Asbestos Awareness Training Please note that Applicants will not be expected to meet any (or all) of the desirable criteria to be considered for interview.
