Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

The Role: Senior Paid Media Manager
What Youll Be Doing:
Strategic Campaign Management: The Senior Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and other key social channels
Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and report results, ensuring a proactive and agile approach to media management
Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable value
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally, lead by example, and support the development of junior team members by sharing best practices and guiding campaign delivery
About You:
To be successful as a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will:
Have demonstrable experience running and refining paid media campaigns within a performance marketing setting
Be confident managing multi-channel budgets, interpreting analytics, and making data-led decisions
Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Bring creative thinking to ad copy and messaging aligned with campaign goals
Stay curious about trends and technologies that influence the paid media space
Experience with platforms like YouTube, or Google Data Studio is advantageous
