Pareto FM is looking for a proactive and adaptable Flexible Area Supervisor to support the delivery of soft services across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role would also suit a senior cleaner or a team leader
This is a varied, hands-on role providing operational support to Regional and Account Managers, helping to ensure service excellence, compliance, and continuity across multiple contracts. You'll work across a range of environments, providing cover, supporting teams, conducting audits, and helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.
This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of prestigious sites, including Historic England, Dematic, XCT, and other unique locations set within some beautiful surroundings.
The RoleAs a Flexible Area Supervisor, you'll provide support across multiple sites, stepping in where needed to ensure services continue to run smoothly. You'll work closely with site teams, managers, and clients, helping to maintain operational standards, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
