Manchester

Working with The CFO Centre UK, responsible for our Manchester region

£70,000 + Bonus (average OTE £120,000+)

Remote based, but must live within proximity of Manchester

What is the opportunity?

We're looking for highly motivated, ambitious commercial leaders that have a good understanding of business, along with a passion of delivering exceptional value to clients and their CFO team. Our Regional Directors are pivotal to helping achieve our company vision of "Creating life changes businesses for 1 million clients, their people, their families and US".

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented part-time Chief Financial Officers who are passionate about helping ambitious £2-50M pound businesses and business owners achieve their dream and aspirations.

With the mindset of a CEO, you'll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing a high performing region, whilst loving being part of a larger team all across the UK and the World.

You'll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer - Chris Holliday who will support and coach you to deliver a phenomenal commercial performance across the Manchester region.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare execute and follow-up on sales meetings with prospects both virtually and face-to-face interactions
* Support and deliver great, inspirational leadership to you CFO team through regular 121s and team meetings
* Recruit, onboard and managed capacity of your principal team
* Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve growth and success using reverse engineering and EOS frameworks with expectations of 20% revenue growth and monthly nett new clients of 1
* Execute the full account management journey with all clients
* Build and manage mutually beneficial distribution partner relationships throughout your region
* Manage all elements of the CRM system (lead generation, pipeline management, client list management)
* Organise and execute client, principal and distribution partner events regularly
* Create and analyse reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
* Attend regular RD team meeting and best practice sessions
* Contribute to various project work within the organization
* Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with the Divisional Director, Talent Partner and operations executive
* Building strong relationships with all members of the UK RD team and central team

Skills & Knowledge:

* Effective leadership is essential to motivate and guide the regional team toward achieving objectives and maintaining high standards of service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for client interactions, team collaboration, and conveying the company's vision and goals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and fostering partnerships with team members are critical aspects of the role
* The ability to manage various tasks, schedules, and priorities is essential for maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in the region
* You should be adept at leading, mentoring, and developing a team of CFO's to ensure they perform at their best
* Developing and executing regional strategies to achieve growth and success is a core responsibility
* Analyzing reports and data to make informed decisions and track regional performance is crucial
* Providing excellent client service and ensuring client satisfaction is a fundamental part of the role
* Networking: Building and maintaining a strong professional network can help drive business growth and opportunities
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other software used for data management and reporting is beneficial
* Understanding and experience with the EOS model, if used by the company, can be an advantage
* Knowledge of leadership development practices and principles can help in nurturing talent within the team
* Proficiency in using data analytics tools to generate insights and assess performance
* Effective time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities

* Regional Revenue Growth +20%
* Client Retention 24 months
* Regional Opportunity Growth +20%
* Achieve 1 net new client per month

Role Requirements
:

* Flexible working hours to accommodate requirements of all client and CFO needs
* Experience using CRM, data management tools, email delivery platforms, social media channels and events marketing
* Full driving license, a car suitable for regular travel
