Update weekly and monthly scheduled reports and conduct market & competitor analysis. This involves sourcing data from agencies, data mining, analysis and the creation of insightful reports. Ad hoc research Assist the Market and Competitor Intelligence Manager and partner with key stakeholders across the business by: Conducting research on market activity and benchmarking NS&I against competitors. This will cover areas which include; product portfolio analysis, customer experience and brand satisfaction intelligence, digital initiatives and marketing activities. Alerting internal stakeholders about market and competitor activities that impact the business. Collating data from various sources in order to build a full picture of NS&Is external markets. Interpretation & Analysis Accurately calculate market trends, evaluating the impact these have on NS&I and the wider market. Continuously monitor the evolving digital landscape within financial service sector and evaluate the impact they have on NS&I. NS&I Committee Representation Assisting the Market and Competitor Intelligence Manager with: Researching, evaluating and interpreting market intelligence data tailored for committees to help influence NS&Is strategic decisions. Producing monthly committee packs and when required deputising in committees. Scheduled Reporting Responsible for the production of scheduled reports, tailored to stakeholders specifications. Provide clear concise executive summaries help drive out insight to action for the business to inform strategic decision making. Partner with stakeholders and look to continuously improve reporting outputs by seeking regular feedback on the suitability of these in line with their evolving needs.
