Job Overview
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the hands-on leader of the food and beverage operations within our establishment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for running a great shift and managing the staff, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Weddings, events, conferences, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner service, BBQ, Hog Roast — it’s only a short list of what you will be part of.
Bar experience is essential as part of your role you will be ensuring all standards are met as bar operations go. This includes knowledge of wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks is key. We want you to be inventive so cocktails and other ideas are welcomed.
This position is very hands on, so you will lead your team by example.
Staff is the key to our success. You will manage, mentor and lead your team of waiters, bar staff, events staff and more.

As a Hotel we want you to develop and expand your knowledge, hence we like to give you the opportunity to be a Duty Manager while on shift, so you can be involved in all operations of the Hotel and Spa.

Pay: £14.00-£19.00 per hour
