Salary: £28,


Days/ Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

The company


An established facilities company based in Dagenham are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join their Service team. You will be responsible for organising the 24hr servicing and emergency repairs at customers' premises. Always providing amazing customer service.



Duties



8. Logging and managing all new work orders and acting as first point of call to clients.

9. Planning engineer's diaries daily, ensuring jobs are attended to within SLA'S provided by the client.

10. Ensure all jobs are up to date on the company system and with the customer.

11. Creating Risk Assessments and organising permit to work forms when required.

12. Booking in jobs/out off hours work with the customer/facilities companies

13. Liaising with engineers and informing them of their planned work throughout the week.

14. Chasing contractors and Issuing paperwork to clients and uploading to client specific portals.

15. Hiring Plant when required.

16. Managing the main helpdesk inbox, answering general queries and diverting emails to different teams as and when required.

17. Carrying out risk assessment, developing safe working procedures and identifying specific health and safety training records.




The ideal candidate




18. Previous facilities experience is preferable

19. Previous Planning and Helpdesk experience desirable.

20. Knowledge of MS suite including Excel and word

21. Can work independently and proactively

22. Strong organisation skills

23. Flexible and open-minded

24. Strong relationship building skills

25. A professional telephone manner

26. Great at problem-solving
