Free Parking About The Role As Restaurant Supervisor you will: Support the Restaurant Manager with the daily running of service. Lead sections of the restaurant during service, ensuring smooth coordination and guest satisfaction. Help train and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and confidence. Maintain restaurant presentation and ensure all tables and service areas meet our standards. Assist with managing bookings on shift, table plans, and pre-service setup. Be attentive to guests’ needs and resolve minor issues with warmth and professionalism. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Support with opening/closing duties and cashing up when required. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in a busy restaurant or gastro pub. Is confident leading by example and supporting others on shift. A team player who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure. Has great attention to detail and takes pride in presentation and service. Is friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. A positive attitude and commitment to learning and development. Because of the rural nature of the site, your own transport is essential.
