Open: a willingness to be honest and transparent Role Specific Duties: Daily supervision/mentor of people with learning disabilities and Autism Delegation of tasks Placing orders and taking receipt of deliveries. Finance stock management, portion control and wastage. Preparing and cooking, imaginative and healthy, quality food. Develop and create new menus Maintain and follow the safe food storage system Ensure sustainable procurement including food products, consumables, cleaning products, plastic items etc To maintain a high level of customer service. Ensure high levels of service of all meals with special regard to consistency and presentation. To ensure compliance with the requirements of food hygiene regulations, Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, risk management practices and allergy regulations. To ensure documentation for internal monitoring systems are completed including temperature sheets, cleaning schedules, staff training, food hazards etc for diligence. To ensure the caf secures and maintains the 5-star Food Hygiene Rating To provide support in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations To ensure that all staff/people we support contribute to the efficient running of the caf Compile and produce management information in a timely manner e.g. reports as required by the Enterprise Business Manager Report any Safeguarding concerns following the organisation s Safeguarding policy and procedure. Oversee and ensure the maintenance of equipment within the caf is carried out Check all finances are correct after each day
