Salary -£36,000 - £40,000 DOE + overtime + company vehicle OTE - £60k
Full-time | Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join our growing engineering team covering Leeds and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of fire alarm systems in commercial and industrial properties
* Commissioning and fault-finding on fire detection systems
* Testing and inspection of fire alarm equipment
* Completing service reports and certification paperwork
* Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team
* Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety regulations and standards
Experience & Requirements
* Experience installing and commissioning fire alarm systems
* Good knowledge of conventional and addressable systems
* Familiar with manufacturers such as:
o Gent
o Advanced
o Morley
o C-Tec
o Kentec
* Understanding of BS5839 standards
* Full UK driving licence
* ECS/CSCS card preferred
* FIA qualifications beneficial but not essential
Travel Requirements
* The role will involve travel across the UK depending on project requirements
* Occasional staying away from home will be required
* All accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the company
