The Role
* Drive new business through structured outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
* Conduct discovery calls, understand business needs, and position sustainability-led solutions.
* Build and execute outbound campaigns, while managing inbound interest from the website and referrals.
* Manage a 1–2 month consultative sales cycle with deal sizes progressing towards £100k.
* Maintain pipeline accuracy, CRM discipline, and a consistent sales process (super important)
* Engage directly with directors and senior leaders; closing will initially be supported by the leadership team.

Who We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience with a consultative approach (ideally from a consultative background)
* High‑energy outbound mindset - motivated to prospect and build pipeline.
* Curious, intelligent, and strong at uncovering business needs.
* Organised, process‑oriented, and comfortable working with CRM frameworks.
* Hunter mentality with ambition to progress into senior sales leadership.
* Understanding of sustainability is beneficial but not essential.
