What you will do:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team delivering family help services to children and families.
* Oversee casework management, including handling complex and high-risk cases.
* Serve as the Family Help Lead Practitioner for allocated casework, ensuring high standards of care.
* Step in as the Partnership Manager when necessary, exhibiting strong leadership and strategic oversight.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary management team to provide an integrated children and family service.
* Contribute to strategic planning and operational development of the Family Hub.
* Ensure service delivery complies with relevant regulations and standards.
Job purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage a team that conducts casework with families and children, ensuring casework quality and supporting individuals towards independence, wellbeing, and security.
