I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for a Salesforce Admin that is proactive and capable to work across both their Experience Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
This role will play a key part in ongoing platform changes, portal improvements, and backend reconfiguration work, helping the business move away from third‑party reliance and strengthen their internal capabilities.
They need someone who is confident operating in that grey area between pure administration and light technical problem‑solving, particularly where declarative tools reach their limits.
You will join a well-established internal development function consisting of Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Developers. You will support and enhance the Experience Cloud customer portal, contribute to Service Cloud optimisation, and collaborate with the wider team on new functionality.
They are looking for someone with the right mindset who enjoys learning and can work with autonomy.
Hands‑on Salesforce experience, whether through configuration work, Trailhead progression or certifications, will be valuable. Candidates who have previously tweaked or customised Salesforce environments will be particularly well suited.
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £49,500.
The role is hybrid with 2/3 days a week onsite in their Leeds based office.
